I had a minor issue with my order, and to be fair, I probably should’ve followed up sooner instead of assuming it would sort itself out. Once I reached out again, they got back to me quickly and took care of it without making a big deal. Not perfect, but it ended up being fine.

I’ve been using my Satisfye grip for a few months now, and it’s been shoved in my bag plenty of times. Still no cracks, nothing feels loose, and the rubber hasn’t gotten weird or worn down. I’m usually skeptical of all the polished “premium build quality” stuff companies like to throw around, but this one actually feels well made. It’s sturdy without making the Switch feel like a brick. I use it almost every day and it still looks basically new, so yeah, I’m happy with it

I was expecting the grip to get in the way of the charging port, because that seems like the kind of annoying design choice way too many companies get away with. But this one doesn’t. I can plug in my Switch without taking the grip off, which is really all I wanted. It fits well, feels good to use, and makes charging a lot less irritating

Overall, the screen protector does the job and looks clear most of the time. It went on fine and I don’t really notice it during normal use. That said, in certain lighting I can see a slight blur or haze, which is a little disappointing considering the price. It’s not bad by any means, just not quite as crisp as I was hoping for
